  2. Add vegetable oil to dry ingredients

  3. Boil water

  4. Add water to mix

  5. Add food coloring

  6. Allow to cool some then mix with spoon and set aside until cool enough to work with your hands

  7. Knees until fully mixed and color throughout

  3. 2 T cream of tartar
  4. 2 T vegetable oil
  5. 2 C boiling water
  6. 4 drops glycerin
