Step:

  1. Slice pork fillet into 1 cm strips

  2. Mix all the rest of ingredients in a large enough bowl and then add pork to marinade for no more than 10 minutes

  3. Cook in a hot wok until cooked

  4. Serve with stir fried veg and noodles and pac choi
