Step:

  1. Grease a small bowl with ghee and add the khichdi in it and then unmould it in a plate

  2. And sprinkle capsicum and onion on it and pour all the 3 chutney's in it and add coriander, chat masala and sev on it

  3. And apply roti crackers on it and then serve it

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl cooked masala khichdi
  2. 2 tbsp green chutney
  3. 1/4 cup hung curd
  4. 1 tbsp garlic chutney
  5. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  6. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  7. 2 tbsp chopped onion
  8. 8-10 piece roasted roti cracker
  9. 2 tbsp dates and tamarind chutney
  10. 2 tsp chat masala
  11. 2 tbsp sev
