Step:
Add Sathu flour, it helps in binding as well as absorbing the excess moisture. Mix and prepare the stuffing.
Mix wheat flour, almond powder, salt, 1 tablespoon oil and knead the dough using mixture of cream, milk and water. Apply the remaining oil and keep covered until the stuffing is getting prepared.
Mix the chopped and shredded vegetables in a bowl, also add the masalas and salt
Pinch a big lemon size dough, smooth it and make a cup like cavity in it. Add a teaspoon full of the stuffing or more.
Cover by folding sides and bringing in the centre. Seal and press.
Dip in dry flour and roll into thick roti.
Heat tawa, roast paratha from both sides. Apply ghee, oil or butter to cook.
Yummy parathas are ready to be packed for the lunch. Can have with Pickles, raita, chutney or sauce.
