Step:

  1. First take a blender add roasted peanuts, coconut, sesame seeds, onion, and blend it then add little water blend again make a paste and keep aside,

  2. Now heat the pan add two tablespoons oil fry chilli within two minutes and keep aside,

  3. Now add one cup more oil because it needs more oil if u want u can add less oil also,

  4. Add the jeera, methi, kalonji little curry pata, mustard seeds to the oil when splattering add mixed blend peanut, sesame masala, keep stirring,

  5. Put termaric powder to the oil also add ginger garlic paste to the oil, stirring continuously

  6. Now add tamarind pulp to the pan with adding water and stir,add the fried chilli and dry roasted masala mix well, add one cup water mix it well keep the cover closed for fifteen minutes after a little interval remove the cover and stir, then remove the cover add curry pata (leaves) and finely chopped coriander leaves. give it a good mix

  7. Now mirch ka salan is ready


Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  2. 3/4 cup dry roasted sesame seeds
  3. 10-12 fat non- spicy chilli which is vertically slited
  4. 1 cup dry roasted coconut pieces
  5. 1 tablespoon jeera, dhania kalonji, methi, mustard seeds powder
  6. 2 tablespoons curry pata
  7. 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 2 chopped onion fried in oil
  9. As needed oil
  10. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  11. No need extra chilli
  12. As needed salt
  13. As needed water
  14. 1 teaspoon jeera
  15. 1/2 teaspoon methi seeds
  16. as needed Little kalonji
  17. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  18. 1 cup seedless tamarind pulp
  19. 1 & 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  20. No tomatoes I haven't used
