Step:

  1. Heat oil brown the beef

  2. Add chopped onion and saut till onions are half done. Add the butter and spices.

  3. Wash and chop the cabbage. Add to beef

  4. Slice the carrots

  5. Add carrots to the beef and cabbage stir well. Cover and cook 20 minutes

  6. When carrots are tender, add vinegar and honey. Serve I hope you enjoy!

  1. 1 pound beef, or any ground meat
  2. 1 medium head purple/red cabbage
  3. 1/3 stick butter
  4. 1/2 tablespoons salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  6. 2/3 chopped onion
  7. 2 large carrots
  8. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  9. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  10. 1 tablespoons honey
