Step:
Wash tamarind and soak in sufficient water for half an hour
Later, rub and mash soaked tamarind or Imli with hand
Put it in a strainer and extract the Imli pulp
Repeat the process, by adding some more water, mashing the Imli pulp and extracting Imli pulp
Now, take extracted Imli pulp in a container, add water, sugar, roasted jeera powder and black salt
Mix well everything till sugar dissolves
Now add chopped green chillies and Coriander
Before serving add some ice cubes, pour the ready drink in serving tall glasses
And enjoy endlessly with family and friends...beat the heat
Regular intake of this Imli Sharbat, prevents from heat strokes in summer
