Step:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180° the grease & line a square baking tin 8½ x 8½

  2. Whisk egg until slightly frothy, set aside

  3. Melt chocolate & margarine together

  4. While chocolate & margarine is melting weigh out all dry ingredients & mix well.

  5. Add egg to chocolate mixture & blend in then add to dry mix & blend well.

  6. Pour into tin & cook for 20 mins. When cooked let it go cold then turn out & cut.

  2. 100 grams caster sugar
  3. 100 grams self raising flour
  4. 14 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 100 grams baking chocolate your choice I used milk
  6. 100 grams margarine
  7. 1 medium egg
