  1. 3 1/2 cup milk, use whole milk for the richest flavor, but any will work
  2. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  3. 8 oz good quality white chocolate, chopped ( not chips they do not melt as smooth )
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. whipped cream and sprinkles for serving
