Step:

  1. Wash the ribs and cut into pieces ,let's dain

  2. In big mixing bowl add barbecue sauce, black pepper and garlic mixed till everything combined

  3. In large zip lock bag arrange the rips and pour in the mixtures and marinate for 4 hours

  4. Preheated the oven at 190c for 10 minutes

  5. Arrange the rips in deep baking dish and bake for 2 hours. Note that you must keep pouring the sauce on bake ribs every half hour to get all the flavours in

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg of pork ribs
  2. 250 ml of sweet barbecue sauce ,see my easy barbecue sauce
  3. 2 tbsp spoon of black pepper
  4. 2 tbsp spoon of finally chopped garlic
