Step:

  1. Pour coconut milk in the pot add galanga and lemon grass bring to boil

  2. Add chicken and chilies bring to boil again till chicken is cook

  3. Add tomatoes,onions, mushroom,green onion and coriander

  4. Add fish sauce, sugar and chicken stock powder stir to get all flavours mix

  5. Let's boil low heat 3 minutes


Ingredients

  1. 2 chuck cut of chicken thighs
  2. 2 cup of coconut milk
  3. 1 whole slices of galanga
  4. 1 thick slices of lemon grass
  5. 1/2 cup of slices coriander
  6. 1/2 cup of slices green onion
  7. 1 slice of red thai chillies
  8. 1/2 chuck cut of onion
  9. 2 tsp spoon of fish sauce
  10. 1 tsp spoon of chicken stock powder
  11. 1 tsp spoon of sugar
  12. 3 cherries tomato optional
  13. 1/2 cup of mushrooms slices
