Ingredients

  1. 1 cup quick oats
  2. 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  3. 3/4 cup flour
  4. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  7. 3/4 cup sunflower seeds (I use black oil sunflower since it's smaller, but you can buy striped sunflower & use less)
