Step:

Mix everything in the Cream Cheese Mixture Section except Wonton Wrappers.
Place 1 tablespoon mixture into the center of Wonton Wrapper.
Lightly smear beaten egg around the edges of the Wonton and seal by pinching in the center as pictured.
Fry in 2" of high heat oil until crispy. About 2 minutes.
Drain and serve with any sweet and sour sauce.

Cream Cheese Mixture
2 packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese [8 oz each]
1/2 cup Fine Diced Purple Onions & Green Onions [mixed-packed]
1 can Green Chiles [4 oz] Or, [best] 1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Hot Green Chiles [packed]
1 tbsp Fine Diced Fresh Garlic
2 tbsp Fine Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 packages Wonton Wrappers
Additions
1 Frying Oil
1 Sweet And Sour Sauce
