Arrange the biscuits on a baking dish real close. Do not powder them. Let them be whole as they are.
Add Butter, Galaxy chocolate, Condensed milk and milk in a pan.
Place the saucepan on a low heat and keep stirring until completely melted and mixed well. Simultaneously boil half a cup of water with Agar-agar strands about 3-4 until fully dissolved and transparent.
Add this agar agar mix to the chocolate mix. Stir until combined. Pour this onto the baking dish and spread evenly.
Now, cover this with a cling wrap and refrigerate it for over an hour or two until properly set. Dip a knife into hot water and slice this beautiful looking no bake no fuss biscuit chocolate mousse cake.
