Cut all the 3coloured bell peppers into 2, deseed them.
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and fry for 3minutes add finely chopped tomatoes and cover and cook for another 3minutes. Open and mash slightly with the ladle.
Add potatoes and all the dry spices. Mix well. Add paneer and cook for another 2minutes.
Preheat oven to 185degrees for 10minutes. In the mean time brush all the bell peppers with some butter inside out.Fill the peppers with paneer mixture. I have put grated cheese on half of them due to diet reasons
Place these stuffed capsicums on a baking tray and bake for 12to 15minutes. Till the cheese has melted and capsicums are slightly charred from bottom. Serve them hot as a side dish.Place some cherry tomatoes and basil leaves

1/2 tsp garam masala
100 gms mozarella cheese
3 tsp butter
1 tsp oil
as needed Cherry tomatoes for decoration
