Step:
First we make the filling of the kachori.Soak the daal for few hours. Drain it and grind it as smooth paste. It should be thick. Mix all the spices and keep aside.
Now make a dough. Mix flour and salt nicely then add oil and mix again. Make a tight dough, use water as needed. Cover it and keep aside.
Now we will make sabzi. Wash the potato nicely and don't peel them. Cut into medium size peices. Try to make in iron kadai as it gives good colour and taste too.
Now in a pan heat the oil. Put chopped green chilli. Saute for few sec and then put all spices and chopped potatoes. Pour water in pan such that all potatoes dipped in water and cover it. Keep checking after every 5-10min.
When potatoes cooked remove the lid, keep med flame and evaporate the water. Mash little potatoes and make viscous consistency of the sabzi. Keep stirring occasionally.
Now put the kadai on flame with oil for deep fry. Heat the oil nicely. Now take a dough. Take a small ball from dough, fill the little filling (don't stuff much),roll them and half fry them
Take them out and after 5min, Again roll (just once) and again deep fry them till golden brown.it will give you crispy and tasty kachori what it would be like.
Make raita. Whisk the curd,it should be watery type. Take a tadka pan. Heat the oil,put the spices and pour tadka in curd.
