Step:
Firstly in a big bowl, add rice flour, roasted gram flour, cumin, ajwain, chilli powder, salt and oil and water to knead it like a dough.
Then in a muruku maker, take one tennis ball sized dough and put inside the muruku maker and place the star holed plate and start squeezing it directly in a kadai with oil and fry them till golden brown.
Thirdly, take out the crispy murukus and serve it during tea time.
