Step:
Dry roast suji in a pan and keep aside. Roast until the aroma starts coming but the colour is not changed. Also roast peanuts and let cool. Grind them in coarse powder.
Take oil in a pan. Heat it, put mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal. Let it splutter. Add onion and stir till translucent, add rest of the veggies, chillies and stir again after adding some salt. Cover it for few minutes till slightly cooked.
Add suji, curd, salt and add water. Cook until water is absorbed. Cover and keep aside. Add peanut powder in the last and mix well. At this stage u can add green coriander too.
Take a small pan, add ghee, add some mustard, some chana and urad dal, curry leaves, cashews, resins, red chillies.
Take the ready Upma in a bowl and add Tadka in the end. Serve hot in the morning breakfast.

1 medium bowl suji(rawa)
1/4 bowl peanuts, roasted and powdered
1 small bowl mix veggies of ur choice(cabbage, capsicum, tomato, peas, carrot etc) chopped finely. (Peas can be boiled in advance)
