Warm the water up a bit (around 40 degrees) and mix with yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add flour and butter and knead for 5-10 minutes. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about an hour.
Tip it out on a floured surface and knead gently to get rid of any big air bubbles. Shape into a loaf and put in a greased bread tin, rise for another 45 minutes.
Heat the oven up to 200 degrees and bake the bread for 35 minutes. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before taking it out of the tin. Enjoy!
