Step:

  1. Heat a pan and dry roast Cumin seeds, Garlic cloves, Green chillies and Ginger to dry up all the moisture. It is an important step to follow. After cooling it a little, blend with the rest of the ingredients listed until smooth. Store this Chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator and relish upto 15 days. Enjoy!
