Step:
Beat curd well along with water at first. Add all the ingredients mentioned and cook on a low heat so that it doesn't curdle. To this Curd mixture, add Gram Flour. Mix Gram Flour with little water to make a slurry and add it to the cooking pot with Curd so that it is free of any lumps. After 15-20 minutes of cooking, when the raw smell fades away. It's almost done. The thickness depends on your choice altogether.
Meanwhile make a semi thick batter for the Pakoras using all the ingredients mentioned. Drop small balls into hot Oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until done. Keep some aside and drop the others in the prepared Kadhi. Cover and let it soak before serving. Serve this comfort meal with Simple Boiled Rice. Enjoy!
