Step:
Add oil in a pan and temper mustard and jeera
Once it splutters, add green chillies slit length wise, garlic and curry leaves and stir for 30 seconds
Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and rock salt and cook the tomatoes till they turn mushy
Add kulambu chilli powder and tamarind paste and cook till raw smell of masala goes off
Add 1 cup water and let it boil for 5 minutes
Then simmer the gas stove and drop open eggs on the curry and cover the pan for 5 minutes on medium low heat. After 5 minutes turn the eggs to other side and put lid for another 5 minutes. Open the lid and put on high flame for another 5 minutes and your curry is ready.
Serve hot with idli, dosa, roti, idiyappam, aapam, steamed rice, chapatis, etc

5 spoons Sesame oil
2 large onions chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
2 green chillies
10 grams Tamarind pulp
1 spoon Mustard
1/2 spoon Jeera
1 sprig curry leaves
10 pods garlic finely chopped
2 spoons Kulambu chilli powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 spoon Rock salt
