Step:

  1. Wash, peel and grate lauki with grater.

  2. In a pan add grated lauki and 1/4 cup water and boil it 5 minutes.

  3. In a pan add curd whisk it properly.

  4. When cool grated lauki remove excess water and mix it into curd now add all spices and mix again.

  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti paratha or rice and enjoy.

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1/2 cup grated lauki
  3. to taste Salt according
  4. 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  5. 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  6. 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tbsp chat masala powder
  8. as required Fresh coriander for garnish
