Step:
Thinly slice the onions and chopped the tomatoes as fine as possible.
In a pan heat oil add mustard, cumin, turmeric, hing, cinnamon, clove, cardamom and let the mustard splutter.
Now add ginger garlic, onion and fry till the onions are done, add tomatoes and cook them well.
Now add all the dry masalas red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt sugar and mix well. Now add curd and cook until you can see oil from the sides. You can make and store this masala in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Now add rice and mix well. Here I have used only half of the prepared masala. Adjust the salt.. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
