Orange carrot moist cake

Take a bowl seperate egg white and yellow,take egg yellow add sugar beat continuously 2 mins. Once it's dissolved and forms creamy texture

Then add extracted orange juice. Then sieve flour on to bowl, add baking soda baking powder,virgin oil mix altogether

Then add orange zest,grated carrot,MIX WELL. MAKE SURE batter should be lump free. Place into oven- should be bake under 180 degree 25min

For wipping. Beat egg white continuously add icing sugar add orange essence,it forms nice creamy texture take orange carrot cake place icing cream on top spread evenly

Then arrange orange pulp on sides of cake place orange carrot slices on top decorate some chocolate chip for good attractive looking it gives more taste
