Choc chip cookies

Beat butter and sugars till creamy.

Add egg, vanilla and pinch of salt and beat until well combined. Then mix in choc chips.

Add enough flour to make a dough (it must not be a very soft dough)

Roll into small balls and place onto greased baking tray. Bake at 180 for +-12mins or until the cookies are a nice golden brown colour.

Optional: i added rainbow vermicilli instead of choc chips into some of the dough for a different taste and look.
