Step:

Pop popcorn and leave aside
In a deep pot- On high
Boil sugar with water and Food colouring
Boil till thick test by adding a popcorn if it shrinks it's not ready
Add popcorn remove from heat and mix till sugary and dryish
Cool
Optional : can dry in oven if you feel it's not dry/crispy enough

1/2 cup Popcorn
1 and 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
Food colouring
