Step:

  1. Scoop ice cream into a big dish and allow to soften a little.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Pour into ice cream mould and allow to set overnight in feezer..

  4. When ready to serve, decorate with toppings of your choice (melted chocolate, almonds, grated chocolate)

  5. For kisses, coat silicone moulds with chocolate, then spoon ice cream in and cover bottom with chocolate.. Freeze and unmould

  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 2 lt chocolate ice cream(i used Ola)
  2. 5 chocolate cream biscuits, crushed(i used topper creams)
  3. 3/4 cup chopped almonds(toast a little in oven or frying pan)
  4. 80 g wholenut chocolate
  5. 1/4 cup choc chips
