Rainbow Meringue Kisses

Combine whites, castor sugar, salt and vinegar/lemon juice using electric beater until stiff peaks form

Fold in icing sugar

Draw stripes with food colouring into piping bag.. Then add meringue mixture and pipe on lined baking tray

Bake in low oven(about 100 °) for an hour..

Leave ti crisp in off oven
