Star shaped jam puffs

Take a puff pastry n cut into square shape.

Cut its four corners half way through leaving middle portion intact.

Now fold first corner in such a way that you bring it to thee middle leaving 2nd as it is. Similarly fold 3rd leaving 4th n repeat till shape of star is acquired.

Put a tsp of your favorite jam in the centre.

Bake at 220 degrees for 13 to 15 mins till golden n crispy.
