Step:

  1. Beat egg yolks add cornstarch dissolved in little milk add rest of milk and salt

  2. Beat egg whites stiff add baking powder

  3. Blend all together

  4. Pour into hot iron skillet with butter bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350 oven

  5. Chopped crispy bacon may be used in omelet
