Step:

  1. Sift flour and measure

  2. Then sift flour baking powder salt and sugar 3 times

  3. To well beaten egg yolks add flour alternately with milk

  4. Add butter melted over hot water

  5. Add cheese

  6. Fold in stiffly beaten egg yolks

  7. Cook in waffle iron.
