Step:
First we wash veggies a the chopped,boil in microwave for 5 to 6 mints with sufficient water, after boil we,drain and drop in cool water,as to maintain colour of veggies
Meanwhile heat pressure cooker and boil onions and tomatoes, ginger garlic, butter,and salt,red chilli,cook till 3 whistles,then grind in grinder
Heat oil,butter in pan add kasoori methi,and boiled veggies saute them for a while add butter,saute and mix well.
Now add gravy stir well,add fresh cream,salt,add garam masala and red chilli powder,then add 1tsp Honey,instead of sugar, cook for while on medium flame
Serve wheat flour naan,roties,salad,enjoy endlessly at home restaurant style veg makhhanvala.
