Step:

  1. In a blender, combine ice cream, ice, milk, vodka, peppermint schnapps, and peppermint extract. Blend until smooth and thick. Place in freezer.

  2. In a chilled mixing bowl with chilled beaters, beat whipping cream and red sugar until thick and pink

  3. Add cinnamon schnapps and beat until soft peaks form

  4. Spoon alternating layers of ice cream mix and whipped cream mix into glasses and swirl lightly

  5. Garnish with crushed candy canes and serve immediately

  2. 1/2 cup crushed ice
  3. 2 tbs milk
  4. 1 tbs vodka chilled
  5. 3 tbs peppermint schnapps chilled
  6. 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  7. 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  8. 1 tbs red decorative sugar
  9. 1 3/4 tsp cinnamon schnapps
  10. crushed candy canes
