Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Grease a 9 inch springform pan and line the outside with foil

  3. Beat eggs and sugar on medium high until thick, 8 to 10 minutes

  4. Reduce speed to medium and add liqueur and cubed softened butter until blended (batter will look curdled which is okay)

  5. Beat in chocolate and vanilla until blended

  6. Pour batter into pan and bake until set, 30 minutes

  7. Cool on a wire rack 30 minutes

  8. Serve warm topped with whipped cream and raspberries

  1. 5 large eggs (room temperature)
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1/3 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
  4. 1 cup unsalted butter (do not substitute)
  5. 6 ounces premium bittersweet chocolate, melted
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. unsweetened whipped cream
  8. fresh raspberries
