Step:

  1. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions and drain

  2. In another sauce pan, sweat the onions then add in the finely diced tomatoes and let cook to a nice paste

  3. Season

  4. Beat the eggs and add in, mixing vigorously using a wooden spoon till well done

  5. Pour in the noodles and mix again

  6. Serve
