Here are all we need.
In a big clean bowl, cream ur butter with powdered sugar till well combined. Add in egg yolk, vanillah and butter essence, salt and mix well.
Gradually, add in ur sifted flour mix using spatula or ur hand till well corporate.
Device it in to 1 1/6 pieces, and add 6 different colour in to each piece then mix well.
Roll each piece in to flat not too thin and set aside.
Mix 1 egg and 1 tea spoon of water, egg wash each flat using brush. Repeat it to other colour and lightly press it.
Cut all the edge to form a rectangle shape.
Using cookies cutter cut it in to desired shape
Arrange one by one and brush each piece with egg white. Cover it with plain dough till molded. And spread sprinkles.
Cut it and arrange in to baking tray. Free heat ur oven and baked.
Mix all the remaining dough flaten it and cut it with cookies cutter. And baked it. U have multi colour Cookie.
