Step:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl. Rub in butter until well incorporated throughout

  2. Sift in caster sugar and mix well. Add granulated sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly

  3. Nuts you can add them when you want to bake. Portion out the amount of topping, add nuts, mix well and top up on fruits then bake

  1. 1 kg flour
  2. 1/2 kg cold butter
  3. 400-500 g caster sugar
  4. 2-3 TBS granulated sugar for crunch
  5. 2 TBS vanilla
  6. Any nuts of your choice (optional)
