Egg in a bread hole

Cut the bread slices from the centre to make a hole.

In a bowl take egg whites and beat them well.

Add all veggies and season with spices and whisk well.

In a non stick pan put some oil and place the bread and then pour some egg into the hole. Sprinkle some cheese and allow it to cook till the egg is almost done.

Cover the hole with the cut out slice and press gently and then toss the bread and cook from the other side.

Once done take it out and serve with sauce.
