Step:

  1. Take curd in a muslin cloth and keep it overnight in the fridge to make hung curd.

  2. Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into cubes and blend it into a smooth paste.

  3. Add this purée into the hung curd and mix well till it turns into a smooth paste with the help of a whisk.

  4. Add honey to it as per your taste to reduce the sourness of the curd.

  5. In warm water take 5-6 strands of saffron and let it sit for 10 mins. Add this to the mixture.

  6. Add some cardamom powder and dry fruits and give it a nice mix.

  7. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for chilling it... serve it chilled topped with some more dry fruits and cardamom powder.

  1. 3 Alphonso mangoes
  2. 1 kg curd
  3. to taste Honey
  4. 1 tbsp lukewarm water
  5. 5-6 strands saffron
  6. 4-5 small cardamom powder
  7. 2-3 tbsp almonds and pistachios cut into flakes
