In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, baking powder, powder sugar, milk, oil,egg and vanilla essence
With the help of a hand blender or beater, whisk the mixture into a uniform battre
Grease the non stick pan with some oil

Flip it when done from one side
Cook from both the sides until done
Make eyes and nose with the help of any sprinkler or Chocolate sauce
