Step:
Boil amla with enough water and remove the seeds and grind to a pulp.
Take this pulp in a vessel and put around 750 ml water.
Then add rasam powder, jaggery, salt, turmeric and mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes.
If amla is too sour u can add more water.
Theh heat a small pan and put coconut oil and put mustard and allow to crackle.
Then add hing and Curry leaves and pour this tempering on the rasam.
Mix well and serve hot garnished with coriander with steamed rice.
