Step:

  1. Melt the butter, in a bowl add in the melted butter,milk,sugar,salt,yeast,egg,and whisk.let it sit for 5mins.

  2. Add in the flour and knead to make a dough

  3. Knead for some mins and allow to rise till doubled in size.

  4. Cut the doughnuts using a cutter and fry in hot oil at medium heat.

  2. 2 tbspns butter
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 2 tbspns sugar or to your taste
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 1/4 tspn yeast
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
