Muskmelon Mojito

Cut two slices from muskmelon fruit.Peel the outer skin and chopped into small pieces.

Add muskmelon cubes and sugar in mixer jar to grind it to coarse mixture. Add mint leaves and lemon juice. Pulse this mixture,for 30 secs so mint leaves will be coarsely ground.

In mason jar add few icecubes,on it pour prepared muskmelon- mint juicy mixture. On it gently pour soda water.

Serve/ relish Cool Muskmelon Mojito garnishing with sprig of mint & lemon slice.
