Step:

    Strawberry Swirl:....beat whip cream just before it forms peaks add icing sugar and essence and beat till peaks formed...
    Fold in chopped strawberries and top up the brownie

  10. For Strawberry Swirl
  11. 1 cup Whip Cream
  12. 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  13. 1/4 cup Strawberry chopped
  14. 1/2 tsp Strawberry Essence
