Step:

  1. Cut cottage cheese in triangular shape

  2. Cut 1 onion in slices

  3. Grind 1 onion,garlic cloves and green chillies in a mixer

  4. Make a fine paste of cashew nuts

  5. Heat clarified butter in a pan and saute onion slices until it becomes transparent

  6. Add onion paste and saute well

  7. Add red chilli powder and cashew paste

  8. Add tomato puree and saute for 2 minutes

  9. Add coriander powder and garam masala

  10. Add fresh cream and milk and cook until it leaves oil

  11. Add salt, 1 cup water and cottage cheese

  12. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on low flame

  13. Mix dried fenugreek leaves and butter and mix well

  14. Serve hot with naan

  1. 250 gram cottage cheese
  2. 2 onion
  3. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 1/2 cup cream
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 2 green chillies
  8. 8-10 cashewnuts soaked in water
  9. 1/2 cup milk
  10. 2 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  11. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  12. 1 spoon coriander powder
  13. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  14. 2 spoon amul butter
  15. 2 spoon clarified butter
