Step:
Place he flour in a large mixing bowl and add salt and curd to it
Mix well to create a thick slurry by adding some water
Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes covered
Post the resting period, heat a non stick pan
Add chopped chillies, coriander, soda and dry spices to the batter
Add more water this time and make a smooth flowing(pancake like) batter
Add a laddful of the batter in the center of the preheated pan and turn the pan around to spread the batter sligtly
Cook till both sides are slightly brown and crisp by adding a bit of oil to the sides of the cheela
Take off heat and serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauces
Roll the cheelas into a roll if packing for kid’s lunchbox
