Step:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper, Chicken kerna, lemon zest and juice, salt and garlic.

  2. Thread the chicken onto metal skewers, folding it occasionally and place the kebabs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Spoon or brush the all over meat, coating well. Cover and refrigerator at least eight hours or overnight.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  5. Grill the chicken kebabs until golden brown and cooked through, turning skewers occasionally, 10 - 15 minutes.

  6. Transfer the skewers to a Platter and serve with yummy hot Salsa.

  8. 500 gm chicken keema
