Step:
Make the marinade first. Place Mirin, Soy Sauce, Wasabi and Grated Ginger in a small bowl and mix well.
Slice Fish Fillet into small pieces and add to the marinade. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy.
Ingredients
100-150 g Fresh Fish Fillet *make sure it is fresh enough to be eaten uncooked
*Note: You can slice it by yourself OR purchase Sashimi slices
*Recommended fish are Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Kingfish, Snapper, Whiting, etc
1 serving Freshly Cooked Rice
1/2 sheet Toasted Nori *tear into small pieces
Yakumi (condiments) of your choice
