Step:
Wash and Soak rice, dal, fenugreek and cooked rice at least for 3 hours. Once soaked drain the water.
Add little water & grind in two batches. Pour it into a container and add some salt and soda. Mix well.
Leave this batter to ferment for overnight. Once the batter is fermented, mix it well.
Masala Dosa: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, pour ladleful of batter & spread evenly.
Drizzle some oil, cook the dosa on medium heat till it's base becomes golden brown & crisp.
Apply some red chutney. Place the potato masala in the centre and fold the dosa.
Plain Dosa: Pour ladleful of batter & spread evenly, cover and cook for a minute.
Set Dosa: Pour ladleful of batter for each dosa & spread it little. Drizzle some oil & let it cook for a minute, now flip over and cook for 30 sec.
